We’re Megan and Cory, longtime Park Slope residents who live upstairs in the brownstone above the garden apartment. We love this neighborhood — its tree-lined streets, independent shops, Prospect Park mornings, and the feeling of community that makes it such a special place to live.

We created this space thoughtfully, with extended stays in mind. Over the years, we’ve hosted grandparents visiting children and grandchildren, families in transition during renovations, professionals on temporary assignments, and neighbors between apartments. We understand that sometimes you need to be close — but still have your own space.

Cory owns a local wine and spirits shop nearby, and Megan runs a creative studio in Brooklyn. We’re always happy to share favorite neighborhood spots, restaurant recommendations, or simply point you toward the best coffee on 5th Avenue.

While the apartment is fully private with its own entrance, we’re close by if anything comes up. Our goal is simple: to offer a comfortable, well-considered home base that feels easy, welcoming, and genuinely cared for.
